I don't think i can post charts copied directly from the book sadly, but I can recommend books!

I got that chart from the ULTIMATE CHRISTMAS FAKEBOOK - 275 songs - Published by HAL LEONARD.

They also make an EASY CHRISTMAS FAKEBOOK with the same songs but all in the key of C...
