Oh! and one more thing, I finally found a great use of a tablet ( Ipad) - with your piano lessons. Had it in front of me at the piano and try to follow you hands and fingers moving together with the sound. Thanks again!

Wanted to say thank you. Can't ask for anything more yet!
Just started self-learning and was about to quit as some says 'can't teach an old dog new tricks', but then found your website and quitting was history. More power to you and the force be with you.

Hi Maestro,
Any lessons on 6/8 bass line styles? I am trying to learn a song in 6/8 that needs to flow, when I play it, i am so concentrating on counting 1-6 that I sound like a robot (no feel). My bass is a strait up and down arpeggio. If you could give advice (allways great to see you playing on a video) or just point in the right direction.
Thanks,
Dude

BTW, the song I am trying to learn is In Christ Alone (the Newsboys style)

I just found this blog and my level of excitement is ridiculous. I've been playing piano for about two years (taught myself) and i'm not as good as id like to be. I definitely lean toward playing the blues, but it's hard to find decent tutorials. I am so pumped about this, it's nerdy.

Hi Chris! I've just found Yer site today & I'm really excited by all that you offer. I've been dabbling around with piano FOREVER & I recently decided to get much more serious about it & truly learn (Put in the practice time and really get the stuff into my hands). Your blog is very helpful to me and I wanted to say a giant thank you to you for sharing your lessons on the web.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I came to know you through your video piano tutorial of "everything" by michael buble on you tube. I got so interested in learning the song that i found myself signing up for your chords 101 tutorial. I am now very interested in music and I hope to learn more from you soon. Thanks a lot and more power to you, Chris!
